How to setup and which type of content is posted

Facebook

We do not recommend that you set up your own Facebook page.

In our setup, every store has a local Facebook location, which functions as a page and which the store can get access to. By being connected to the Facebook location, the store benefits from all the content that is posted on the national page, as this content is automatically posted on the location as well.

Furthermore, the store does not need to take care of customer enquiries, as the Facebook location is monitored by our customer care team.

The Facebook location can be linked to an Instagram account and once the store has access to the Facebook location, it can reply to comments/messages as the store.

What do I do if my store already has a Facebook page?

What type of content should my store post on Facebook?

We recommend that the local Facebook locations stick to local content. Photos of a kitchen that was installed recently, display kitchens that are for sale, special store activities or an upcoming event that happens in the store. All national content will automatically be posted on the location as well. Note that reaching a large amount of people without paying for the content is very hard, so you should take that into consideration when you post on your store page.
