What kind of content does Kvik post?

Facebook page (National)

Kvik has experienced dramatic decrease in reach on organic (non-paid) Facebook posts during the last couple of years. Hence, Organic (non-paid) Facebook is not a platform in Kvik’s Social Media strategy, that is used to reach a lot of people. 

Customers primarily visit Kvik’s Facebook page when they have questions regarding Kvik products or are in need of support. 

Even though organic (non-paid) Facebook posts are not used for marketing purposes, Kvik’s Facebook pages are still updated regularly with product news, competitions and small guides to help people.

Instagram (International)

Instagram is used to give people inspirational content. This is primarily done with user-generated content that customers provided permission to use to help people get an idea of how a kitchen could look in their home. Product news posts are also shared on Instagram, as well as nice Kvik photos are shared.

Pinterest (International)

Pinterest is a highly visual platform that is primarily used for gathering inspiration, where users create boards where they “pin” posts that they find inspirational. Here we utilise our beautiful images to reach customers. We also share the user photos that are posted on Instagram to give people an idea of how a Kvik kitchen or bath or wardrobe could look in their home.

LinkedIn (International)

LinkedIn is a Social Media platform for professionals, which Kvik uses for corporate branding and recruitment purposes. We primarily share company news (on the Kvik A/S account) and job postings (on the “Find a job at Kvik” account). News can include special training sessions, opening of new stores, awards Kvik receives, projects Kvik participates in, press about Kvik.
