Here you will find a short guide of MyKvik

MyKvik is a new addition to our website where customers can create their own profile. 

It is the customer facing version of MyStore meaning that it links directly to your MyStore platform. From MyKvik, customers can manage everything related to their Kvik journey - create bookings, administrate and edit meetings, see their contact person from Kvik, and much more. 

Let’s say that a customer – John – has booked a meeting in a Kvik store. He accidentally double-booked himself and would like to change his booking. Instead of just not showing up, he calls the store, and the salesperson now needs to go change the booking for him. 

With MyKvik, he simply logs into his profile, edits his booking and reschedules the meeting for the following day. This will automatically update in MyStore as well.
