5.1.1 General info

Employees are called ‘resources’ within MyStore. To update a resource’s data, the resource needs to be created first. If you can not find a resource in MyStore, please contact Retail Support (Kreatorsupport) via kreatorsupport@kvik.com

 

After the resource has been created, you can now fill in all needed data.

To update a resource’s data;

  • Start by clicking on Resources in the menu on the left

     

  • In the upper, right corner of the page type in the name of the resource you want to update the data for, and hit ‘Enter’.
    Please note: You can insert a star * after the first name to make the search easier and more broad.

  • Next, click on the resource, which will open up the resource window

  • Looking at the new resource window you can now change some fields. Please only touch these fields;

    • Name: The name of the resource. If the person has changed his or her name, then don’t forget to inform IT Support as well
