5.1.1 General info
Employees are called ‘resources’ within MyStore. To update a resource’s data, the resource needs to be created first. If you can not find a resource in MyStore, please contact Retail Support (Kreatorsupport) via kreatorsupport@kvik.com
After the resource has been created, you can now fill in all needed data.
To update a resource’s data;
Start by clicking on Resources in the menu on the left
In the upper, right corner of the page type in the name of the resource you want to update the data for, and hit ‘Enter’.
Please note: You can insert a star * after the first name to make the search easier and more broad.Next, click on the resource, which will open up the resource window
Looking at the new resource window you can now change some fields. Please only touch these fields;
Name: The name of the resource. If the person has changed his or her name, then don’t forget to inform IT Support as well
