The customer section in MyStore serves as a centralized repository of customer data that can be used to manage relationships, track customer interactions and follow up on open projects. In here you will find two different entities;

  • Accounts*: Contains all B2B companies within your franchisee

  • Contacts*: Contains all B2C customer within your franchisee

    *Note: That contacts can also be added to an account, meaning the ‘Contacts’ section consists of both customers and account’s employees.
