3.1.2 How to add a Primary Contact
Be advised: To complete this step, please create a contact as described in the section How to create a Contact
Now we want to add a primary contact, so we have the necessary contact information on the company, that we are dealing with. Do this by;
In the box on the right called ‘Primary Contact’ you can;
In the small search field on the right, search for the contact that person you want to add. Once found, simply click on the name with the mouse.
Finnish by clicking on Save & Close, then the Primary Contact has been saved to the Account.
