3.3 Customer Portal

In MyStore, we have introduced a new feature that allows you to search for your customer and access their survey responses along with any files attached to the survey.

This new function we call Customer Portal.

Benefits of the new set-up:

• Survey answers always present and searchable for all in the store

• More than one image/file can be attached from the customer

• Easy access from MyStore

• Not visible in only one email or one inbox

Changes:

• New platform the stores can log in to with ONE store login pr store from MyStore – tab called Customer Portal

• No more survey answers on email

How to use it

1. Log in with your store login

2. When you have logged in, you can search for your customer:

3. By choosing them, you will be able to see their answers and attached files from the customer:
