Calendar Sharing Permissions in Office 365

This is how you can setup, so your calendar does not just say Busy for over people this has to be done every person in the store if you need to see what is in their calendar.

 

 

  1. First find calendar under My calender and right click it and choses Sharing Permissions.

 

  1. Now click add.

  1. Find your store by searching after dis_”Storename” fx (dis_herning) double click it and press OK.

  1. Now you need to choose how much permissions you Coleeges will have in your Calendar and click apply.
