2.1 What are Dashboards

MyStore Dashboards are visual representations of data that provide an overview of key performance indicators (KPIs) through our Business Intelligence tool, and business metrics. The dashboards allow Kvik employees to quickly and easily access important information and track progress towards their goals, e.g. bookings, projects or financial numbers.
In MyStore we have divided the dashboards into two parts;
MyStore Bookings (Bookings Dashboard)
Business Intelligence reporting (Kvik BI)
The MyStore overview represents various kinds of information from within MyStore. You can also think of it as a to-do list, with tasks and projects you have to follow up on.
The Business Intelligence reporting contains reporting information, which are vital for the daily operation of the store.
