Forward email from shared mailbox

  1. Log into your personal mailbox through the webmail on outlook.office.com

  2. Click the picture of the profile in top right corner:

     

  3. Choose “Open another mailbox”

  4. Type in the email address of the shared mailbox in the pop-up field:

     

  5. Click the cogwheel in top right corner.
    Click Forwarding menu.
    Activate forwarding.
    Fill out the email address to receive the forward.
    Activate “Save copy” if you want to have the email delivered to both the mailbox and the forward email address.

  6. Press save in the bottom of the window.
