Zoom Meeting Email Flow for Customers
Here's the email flow the customer receives when they book a video meeting
Confirmation email
When a customer books a meeting, they receive a confirmation email which contains a link to the Zoom meeting and provides information about what they should think about and prepare before the meeting.
Reminder to fill out questionnaire
If a customer hasn't filled out the questionnaire about their project, the system will send them a reminder with a link to the questionnaire two days before the scheduled meeting. This mail is only regarding the questionnaire and does not contain any link to the Zoom meeting.
Reminder email - one day before
One day before the scheduled meeting, the customer receives a reminder email which once again contains the link to their Zoom meeting.
Reminder SMS
One day before the meeting, the also receive a friendly reminder of the meeting via SMS. This does not contain a link to the Zoom meeting.
