I can't sign in to Zoom!

Did you remember to sign in using SSO?

When you sign in to Zoom, you must remember to choose "Sign in with SSO" if you're using the Zoom Client.

 

 

If you just type in your email and password, you won't be signed in on your Kvik Zoom account.

When Zoom asks for your company domain, just type kvik

If you're signing in via the website, you must go to kvik.zoom.us and select Sign in. You can also select "Host" to start your meeting.

 

 

If you're signing in on the mobile app, remember to select SSO down in the bottom lefthand corner BEFORE entering your email and password:

 

 

This should solve any issues you have with signing in to Zoom.
