What to check when your in-store screen is not working.

Please follow these steps before you contact the marketing helpdesk with your issue.

If your screen does not work, please try out these following steps. In many cases going through these can solve your problem:

  1. Check if the computer has power and is turned on (blue light is turned on).

  2. Check if the TV-screen is connected to a power source and is turned on.

  3. Check if the computer has a working internet connection. If it does not work, try to take out the internet cable and put it back in. Wait for a couple of minutes (10-15 minutes), and check if the computer has re-connected to the internet.

  4. If the computer is connected to the internet with Wi-Fi, check that the computer is connected to the Wi-Fi.

  5. Check whether the HDMI cable is in the computer and in the screen. 

  6. Re-start the computer.
