Log off Citrix

Sometimes it is needed to log off the Citrix server and then reconnect.

Please follow the steps below to log off correctly

 Instructions

  1. Find the Citrix icon in the corner of your screen. If it is not visible, then click the little arrow in the menu line.

  2. Right-click on the Citrix receiver icon and choose Connection center

  3. Select the ‘KVIKKREXEN-XX’ (CET and LSRetail are shown beneath if you unfold the line) and then click Log Off

  4. Now close and window and you have been logged off correctly.
    Enter Citrix again to continue to work in LSRetail and CET.
