If you get an error and can’t open a Citrix program, you can try to solve it yourself by following this guide:

This is a solution to close down your sessions on the server.

  1. When you login to online.kvik.com you can start this program:

  2. When it’s started this box will appear:

  3. Click yes and wait for a couple of minutes, then try to open your Citrix program again.

If this still not works, please call the IT department.
