Add local account in Windows 10

 Instructions

1. Go to Setting > Accounts >Family & other users

2. Click the plus to add someone else to this PC

   Open

   

3. Click “I don’t have this person’s sign-in information“

   Open

   

4. Choose “Add a user without a Microsoft account”.

5. Fill in the form and the user should now be added.
