The collection of guides for reinstall

This is an attempt to help the stores to do a full reinstall of a computer.

First you need to make sure all important files are saved on Sharepoint/OneDrive.

Then proceed to these guides. (some of the steps are not here, you will also need to follow the instructions on the screen yourself)

  1. Recovery options in Windows (microsoft.com)

  2. Install Office 365 - Support - Support.kvik.com

  3. Install Citrix - Support - Support.kvik.com

  4. Download Kyocera printer drivers. (Get one that matches your printer in the store. In the download list pick KX Printer Driver. See step #10)

  5. Download Teamviewer (Will just download the program to your download folder)

  6. Setup Sharepoint - Support - Support.kvik.com

  7. Add mailboxes in Outlook 365 - Support - Support.kvik.com

  8. Signature in Outlook 365 - Support - Support.kvik.com

  9. If it’s a laptop call IT to get it connected to the right WIFI.

  10. Start your Teamviewer from the download folder on your computer, and write a mail to itsupport@kvik.com with the Teamviewer ID asking to get the printers installed.


If the computer are used by more than one person, you might want to setup another personal account.

Add local account in Windows 10 - Support - Support.kvik.com
Then you need to follow steps 5-8 again on the new account.
