1.2 First run

Intro

When visiting MyStore the first time, you need to set up a few things as described in the following sections.

 

First entry

MyStore should alwaybe accessed via our Citrix Workspace. This can be accessed by going to Kvik Online login, and in here you should find a MyStore symbol looking like this under the apps section:

If you can’t find this app in your Citrix Workspace, please contact itsupport@kvik.com to have this added to your own workspace.

Personal settings

For MyStore to support your local timezone, and to fully integrate Microsoft Outlook’s time zone too, you need to make sure that MyStore has been correct setup upon the user creation.

Have a look at the gifs below to make sure that this has been correctly set up.

Open ‘Personalization Settings’

You will find this menu in the upper right corner;

Change the following to your local: Time Zone*, Currency, Current formats, Track of email, Languages, as shown in this gif (click to start);

*TimeZone for Finland is +2 (all other European Kvik countries are +1)
