Finding your Zoom link for meetings

Note: Zoom links can take up to 15 minutes to be generated on the Work Order, from a booking has been made.

In MyStore

• Start by clicking on the Schedule Board item in the menu on the left

• When in the Schedule Board you can search for your name on the left

  Open

  

   

• Now double-click on the Work Order, meaning the blue box

• A new window will appear

• In the bottom of the Work Order view you will find the Zoom link for the meeting. Click the small globe to start the meeting.
