Navigating the Campaign Contribution Dashboard

Learn how to navigate around the Campaign Contribution Dashboard - for countries using Line Discounts

The Campaign Contribution Dashboard contains different panels where you can look into various types of information. You can watch this video to get an overview:

Let's go through the various panels using this screenshot:

Open

1. Campaign Conditions - this is where you can see all of the campaigns that are currently active. You can see all of the conditions of the campaign here. To dig into them in depth, read this help topic.

2. Orders - here, you can choose Open Orders or Invoiced Orders

3. In this panel, you can choose:

   1. Period - the month you'd like to look at

   2. Unique Document ID - if you'd like to look at a particular order

   3. Campaign Code - this can be helpful if there are many active campaigns 

   4. Store  - if you have more than one store, you can select them all here or look at them one at a time

   5. Sales Person - you can look at everything for a particular sales person

4.  Campaign contribution - here, you can see what you can expect in campaign contribution - they are colour-coded

5.  Key - Here, we explain the colour codes

6.  Order - In this panel, if you have selected an order in the Campaign Contribution panel, the details of that order will show here

7.  Deselect - In order to deselect an order, press this button
