Yellow Orders - without Line Discounts

What does it mean when my order is yellow?

When the order is yellow the contribution has been reduced because it somehow didn't meet the campaign conditions, but you will receive a partial campaign contribution because it met some of the campaign conditions. This is often due to one or both of the following reasons:

1.  You've given the customer a higher discount percentage than what the campaign supports

2.  A discount has been given on items not supported by the campaign contribution
