What to check when your digital price sign is not working.
If your digital price sign does not work or shows wrong content (e.g. an old campaign), please try out these following steps. In many cases going through these can solve your problem:
Check if the price sign has power and is turned on (blue light on the power button is turned on).
Check whether the price sign is connected to the internet.
You can do so by clicking 5 times in the upper left corner of the screen to enter the settings menu.
In the upper right corner of the screen you will see the MIB-number of the screen and see the status. It should say “Connected”.
Try to re-start the screen and wait for the screen to show content again.
