To rebook/move a booked meeting;
Right-click on the work order (the blue box)
Then click on the Move to option
A new pop-up menu will show:
Under Resource, Start date and Start time you are able to change both the resource and time slot of the bookingAfter 60 seconds the work order and the appointment should have moved to the new time slot.
Please note: You will need to inform the customer about the creation/change/deletion yourself. Please see section ‘Timeline – How to create an Email’ regarding this subject.
