How to change password

Goto: Password.kvik.com

You can also change your password in the Authenticator app on your phone. Just click on your Kvik Account and choose “Change password”

 

Password policy:

The new passwords will have to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum length of 14 characters - (longer is better)

  • Password cannot contain parts of username, full name or company name

  • Must meet complexity requirements which are:

Passwords should contain the following:

  1. Uppercase characters (ABC...),

  2. Lowercase characters (abc...),

  3. Digits (0-9),

  4. Non-alphanumeric characters (!@# etc.)

  • 10 last passwords cannot be reused

  • A password needs to be at least 24 hours old before it can be changed
