Teams in Barcelona meeting room

We have now integrated teams with the Barcelona meeting room, to make it easier for you to have a meeting and with a better sound experience.

How to use:
Book Res_Barcelona as always.

When you arrive at the meeting room click on your meeting shown on the Teams screen to the right of the projector to start the meeting.

If you want to present (both in the room or if you are sitting else were):
Join the meeting with your normal user and  share the content as normal.
There is a special wireless microphone for the presenter in the room if necessary.

Extra microphones:
In the meeting room there are 5 extra wireless microphones to place on tables in the room
To turn on a microphone – push the button on the back.
To mute/un-mute a microphone: touch the icon on the Front at the bottom so it changes colour.

REMEMBER TO SET THE MICROPHONES TO THE CHARGERS WHEN YOUR MEETING IS DONE.
