Update Graphics Drivers

First you need to find out what Graphics card/Integrated Graphics you have.

To check, open Task Manager by going to the Search bar on the Task bar and searching for Task Manager

In the Task Manager click on Performance > GPU 0 and then check what Graphics Name is displayed in the Top left
