On the website (and in MyStore) a set up of buffer zones has been set up for Home meetings only. These buffer zones have been set up to make sure that the Salesperson can get from location A to location B in due time, and also allowing time for prepraration for the meeting.
The set up buffer zone is 2 hours before the meeting, and 2 hours after the meeting. In the example below a one-hour-meeting has been used for this example;
A. Buffer zone 1 is between 11-13 o' clock
B. Meeting is between 13-14 o' clock
C. Buffer zone 2 is between 14-16 o' clock
It is important to note that no other bookings can be made in the buffer zone (the light gray area).
