If you are in a situation where you do any meeting due to private reasons or some other important occasion, then it is possible to block out your calendar for that period of time.
One way to do this is through Outlook. (Please note: You can do this from both the desktop and web version)
We will use a function called trackingSometimes it can be necessary to close your Outlook calendar in case of days off, vacation or private appointments. To do this, you need to use Microsoft Outlook.
Please note: Blocking your calendar in Outlook will block your availability from all stores you are working in. If you are working in multiple stores and only want to block yourself in one store, please visit this guide.
Here is how to do it:
Create a new appointment in your Microsoft Outlook
Create an appointment
If you invite others, they will be blocked in MyStore as well if they are Required Attendees. If they are Optional Attendees, they will still be open for meetings.
Click the Categorize button
Then choose Tracked to Dynamics 365 (and then the appointment will turn dark blue)
