The set up buffer zone is 2 hours 1 hour before the meeting, and 2 hours 1 hour after the meeting. In the example below a one-hour-meeting has been used for this example;
A. Buffer zone 1 is between 11-13 12 o' clock
B. Meeting is between 12-13 -14 o' clock
C. Buffer zone 2 is between 13-14 -16 o' clock

It is important to note that no other bookings can be made in the buffer zone (the light gray blue area).
