Follow these steps to install the scanner software.

Connect scanner and cradle to the pc
Download and install this driver below called CP210x_VCP_Win7.exe
Download and install this file below called Statusscanner.msi
Run the Status application placed on the desktop
Go to C: drive and the if there is a folder called Munkdata, if not then right and create it.
Please check the COM port called Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge in Device manager and then fold out Ports (COM & LPT)
Make sure the settings are like this (Expect COM port, that one should fit to Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge)
