If you have problems searching in subfolders, please do following:

  1. Open Outlook 365

  2. Click “File”

  3. Click “Account settings”

  4. Choose “Account Name and Sync Settings”

  5. Click on “More Settings”

  6. Navigate to the advanced tab

  7. Check off “Use Cached Exchange Mode”

  8. Press “OK”

  9. Remeber to restart Outlook after this change.
