The Scheduling section consists of 4 entities, that all revolves around the bookings in MyStore.

The entities are;

  • Work Orders: These are like tasks that needs to be schedulized. These can either be;

    • A meeting (b2c customer meeting);

    • or a working task (installation of worktop at customer).

  • Schedule Board: An easy overview of all calendar bookings across one or more stores within the franchisee

  • Bookings: Instead of using the Schedule Board, you can also use the ‘Bookings’ view instead. This will list all upcoming and completed booking for the user

'Bookings in MyStore can

  1. A meeting (b2c customer meeting);

  2. or a working task (installation of worktop at customer).
