Zip code required before starting a Kvik Home booking

When a customer starts the Kvik Home booking proces the first thing that happens is that we check if the customer lives in an area where we offer Kvik Home.

This zip code check is always done regardless whether the customer starts the booking process from the Kvik Home landingpage, Store page or Booking page.

Zip code matches Kvik Home area

If the zip code matches a Kvik Home area, the customers will automatically start the booking process with the matching store.

 

NOTICE: Only employees who are marked as Kvik Home staff in store admin can be booked for a Home Meeting.
Ordinary Store staff cannot be booked through this process.

Zip code does not match

If the Zip code does not match the customer will be asked to book from a local store instead.

 

After the customer has entered a matching Kvik Home zip code, the normal booking flow starts.
