How to cancel a meeting

When you cancel you enter information on why the booking was cancelled. 

You can use this data to get insights on booking performance

 

 

Does the system send a message to the customer?

  • If the customer is a no-show, the system doesn't send a mail. 

  • If the customer have canceled the meeting, they will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.
