Special Opening Hours/Days

Inform your customers about special opening and closing days, so they know when to visit you, and when they can book a meeting.

Adding a special opening day can help your customers see when they can visit your store. But it also helps with bookings and timeslots.

If you update your special opening days on your storepage, Kvik Marketing will make sure to update everywhere else.

Pro tip: Remember to update at least 14 days before a special day.

If your store is closed

The booking system will remove timeslots so you can't be booked.
An example could be 24.12.2019 which is a Tuesday and where most stores are closed. Because it's a weekday, the booking system would normally create a timeslot for that day.

  • You don't have to do anything in Outlook, Store Admin will help you out.

If your store is open:

You will need to create new timeslots which reflect the special opening hours for each employee. The booking system uses these timeslots to show customers when the sales staff is available for bookings.

An example would be Black Friday
Regular store opening hours 10.00 - 18.00, are now overwritten with 10.00 - 20.00

But what does this mean for me and my colleagues?

  • It means that now everyone in the store should adjust their timeslots so they can be booked from 10.00 - 20.00

  • So remember to update your Outlook calendar if you are not working or if you're, busy with something else.
