How to book a meeting

You can book meetings for a customer via Staff Booking Store Admin when a customer calls or comes to the store.

Sometimes it's best for you to book a meeting for the customer. You can now do that via Store Admin.  Here's how:

Step by step

Step 1: Sign in to Store Admin using your Kvik ID and password

Step 2: Go to the Booking tab

Step 4: Press Book Meeting/Contact me 

Step 5: Follow the guided steps - 

1/6 - Choose the meeting type: In-Store, Kvik Home or Video meeting

2/6 - Is it your first meeting with the customer or a follow-up meeting? If it's the first one, pick first, if it's a second, third or even a measurement meeting, pick second.

3/6 - Choose the length of the meeting - 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours

4/6 - Choose the date and time. If you'd like to choose a particular sales person, you should choose them from the dropdown at the top of the window

5/6 - What is the meeting about? Kitchen? Bath/utility room? Closet?

6/6 - Customer contact details. There's also a space where you can write notes for the sales person.
