Registering meetings in the past.
Make sure you get credit for meetings that took place, but weren't made through the booking system.
Now you can register walk-ins and other meetings that took place for up to ten days after the meeting was held. Registering these meetings helps your weekly booking stats to show correctly in the Booking Dashboard and enhances our internal data regarding bookings.
In order to do this, you go to Staff Booking and select Book meeting, just as you would do if it were going to take place in the future. Only you can click the left arrow and select a time during the past ten days. The customer will NOT receive an email confirmation or anything else, since the meeting has already taken place.
