Proposal: Simplified Confirmation Emails

These are the simplified email confirmations we are proposing to implement in Q2 2021

We are working on improving our confirmation email flows so they more closely reflect what happens during client meetings. This is a large and long-term project, so we have divided it into phases.

Phase 1

We will simplify the text of the emails which are sent out today. Click on each button below to see a sample text in English:

Please check out these emails and send feedback to jbr@kvik.com. We will incorporate the feedback and send for translation and update the current email flows with these simplified texts during early Q2 2021. If you'd like to see the current confirmation emails, let us know via marketing-helpdesk@kvik.com and we'll send test mails to you in your language. Since there are 9 languages, we haven't shared them as part of this guide. 

Phase 2

We will work on optimising the flows and creating a better customer experience. This will include:

  1.   Sending updated information when:

    1.  A meeting time is changed

    2.  A meeting type is changed

    3.  The salesperson for a meeting is changed

  2.   Sending a cancellation confirmation and stopping the flow when a meeting is canceled

  3.   Dynamic content based on whether the customer has booked kitchen, bath or wardrobe

  4.   Differentiated confirmation emails depending on whether it's a first or subsequent meeting

  5.   Ability for the salesperson to write a personalised message to the customer when a meeting is booked through Staff Booking
