Kvik Home & Store timeslots

Read this guide if you have both a physical store and Kvik Home

Kvik Home offers timeslots outside regular opening hours, and odd hours in the weekend. This also means that you need to adjust your regular opening hours to reflect this.

1. Go to Booking

2. Click "Store Timeslots

3. Adjust to reflect the stores opening hour, and the latest hour for Home

4. Send the new timeslots to ALL employees*
   
   

The picture below is a visual representation og a Kvik Home store with a physical location. The blue part is the timeslots that are within the example stores opening hours. Meaning when regular employees should be able to be booked.

The red areas and the blue areas combined represent the extended Kvik Home bookable hours (timeslots), meaning all employees can be booked within this new timeframe.

If you are not working with Kvik Home, you should go in and block your outlook calendar so you cant be booked during the time outside regular opening hours.

In other words. For Kvik Home stores that have a physical location, employees - who are not bookable for Kvik home - must adjust their outlook agenda, so they cannot be booked outside regular opening hours.
