Which emails/sms are sent after a meeting is booked?

Read this article to understand which emails & sms are sent after a customer books a meeting.

If a customer books a meeting or you book on their behalf, our system still makes sure that the customer receives the correct information flow. 

The system sends different messages whether you book a meeting before or after it is held.

Registering a meeting before it is held

If the meeting is booked at least 3 days in advance a customer will receive 4 different messages between booking and the meeting date.

 

 

If you book a meeting 2 days in advance the system sends the confirmation email and questionnaire on the same day.

If you book 1 day in advance the system sends confirmation, questionnaire and reminder on the same day.

If you cancel a meeting

The system will send out an email that the meeting is cancelled.
