Timeslots that touch each other "snap" together.

Timeslots of the same meeting type that are touching "snap" together to work like one big timeslot.

What does it mean that timeslots "snap" together?

If you have two timeslots of the same type that are adjacent to one another, they will act as one continuous timeslot and customers can book you at any time during the combined timeslot.

In this example, I have two timeslots on Wednesday:

Timeslot 1: I can do store meetings and video meetings from 9-13
Timeslot 2: I can do only video meetings from 13-18

This means, effectively, that I can do video meetings the whole day - from 9 to 18 and customers can book me at the time of their choice during that period.

If you don't wish the timeslots to snap together like this, you must place a half an hour interval between them, or make sure that they don't share a meeting type.
