NEW! Changing a meeting

Now you can adjust the meeting time by half an hour or an hour and it doesn't block for itself

When you want to change the time of a meeting, the existing meeting no longer blocks for itself, so you can adjust a meeting by half an hour or an hour. You can also change other aspects of the meeting, like the meeting type or the salesperson.

Step by step process:

  1. Open Staff Booking

  2. Select Edit/Delete

  3. Select the meeting in question

  4. Change the meeting:

    1. You can change the meeting type - for example, from Video to Store meeting

    2. You can change what the meeting is about

    3. You can change the meeting length

    4. You can select a different employee

    5. You can select a new time - the current time of the meeting is red with a black outline

  5. Press the "Update booking" button at the bottom

Note: If you change from a store meeting or home meeting to a video meeting, you will receive an updated email with a Zoom link, but the customer will not. You will need to copy that Zoom link from your calendar invitation and send it to the customer. We are working on this, but it will first be fixed in early 2021.
