Overlapping Postal Codes

Here's how the latest update to the booking system enables handling of overlapping postal codes

No change to store pages

If a customer initiates a Kvik Home booking from the store's own page, there is no change - Store Admin will  check to see if the customer's postal code is available for that particular store. And booking will proceed as it always has.

There are still two options for those who have more than one store.

Option 1

You have a main store and a satellite store. Both stores will appear at Kvik Home stores, but all bookings will be booked on the main store.

Option 2

Both stores are Kvik Home stores

Note: This option currently requires that Kvik Home sales people that work in two stores have two Kvik logins - one for each store. This means attending to two email accounts (and we do not recommend this). We are working on a solution and we will let you know once it's in place.

Booking via the green Book Meeting button on any other page

If the customer starts a Kvik Home booking using the green "Book Meeting" button on the upper right of the website, the following workflow will be triggered:

They will select Kvik Home and type in their postal code as usual.

If the system finds more than one store with that same postal code, the customer will be presented with a map showing the placement of the stores and asked to choose which one they would like to book a meeting with.

Once the customer has chosen the store, they will continue the booking with that store, as usual.
