One employee - two stores

Sales people who work in more than one store can now use one email and one calendar.

If you work in more than one store, you can now maintain just one Outlook calendar and you will be able to see bookings from both stores. You can also see your bookings for both stores in Store Admin. And if you get a booking in one store, it will block bookings for all stores and you cannot be double-booked.

 

 

Each store page can show your email for that page, You just choose one as your primary email (the one you generally use for signing in to Kvik systems), and the display email for the second store will be the email for that store. 

You can tell at a glance in your Outlook calendar and in Store Admin which store the booking is for, as well as the booking type and the customer's name. 

 

If you block yourself in your calendar, it will block bookings for both stores.
