Override blocked timeslots

You can override blocked timeslots to change or register a meeting in Staff Booking

You can use Staff Booking to change or register a meeting if a customer comes into the store or calls you. 

We've implemented some colour codes which show you the status of the various timeslots that are available.

The codes are as follows:

• Light grey represents an open timeslot. You can schedule a meeting in any of these.

• Dark grey represents a meeting in your Outlook calendar and you CAN schedule a meeting during this time. We advise you to check your Outlook to make sure it's a meeting or task that you can move.

• Red represents a meeting that's made through the Booking system, you cannot override this meeting.
