It is possible to have a standard working template in Mystore
In order to have a working template you need to have a resource created
If you are not created as a resource please contact Kreatorsupport at kreatorsupport@kvik.com

You create you Work Template by doing the following

  1. Check if you are a resource

  2. Open Work Template

  3. New → Fill out information

  4. Save and close

When the template is created you can assign a resource to the template
This means that multiple people can work based on one template
The following shows how to assign a resource to the template and the period the template should be used

When the user is assigned to the template we can build the template for days to work and meeting type availability.

In the top of the page we find a BI-Weekly tile where we can select if the template should be BI-Weekly or not

This is used if you for instance are working in multiple stores so every odd week you work at store 1 and the even weeks you work in store 2

Working Non Bi-weekly

In the following I show how to put adjust the template and add a day of the week where you are able to work

You will have to manually create a line for each day

When these are created we can click save and afterwards Click flow → save template changes

Working Bi-weekly
When we work Bi-weekly there will be two areas of meeting type availabilities
When we click new Work Template Line
We will be met by the same prompt but with an even or odd week dropdown

This determines if were the new line should be added

Once the template have been created and filled in as wished
click save, followed by Flow → Save Template Changes
