It is possible to have a standard working template in Mystore
In order to have a working template you need to have a resource created
If you are not created as a resource please contact It-Operations Kreatorsupport at kreatorsupport@kvik.com

You create you Work Template by doing the following

  1. Check if Make sure you are a resourceOpen in the Store & Employees view

  2. Click on Work Template

  3. New → Fill out information

  4. Save and close

When the template is created you can assign a resource to the template
This means that multiple people can work based on one template
The following shows how to assign a resource to the template and the period the template should be used

When the user is assigned to the template we can build the template for days to work and meeting type availability.

In the top of the page we find a BI-Weekly tile where we can select if the template should be BI-Weekly or not

  1. To create a new work template click on New

  2. Then click on Save

Note that you can set up biweekly and non-biweekly schedules, if your working hours differ between odd and even weeks.

  • Working Non Bi-weekly

In the following I video it is show how to put adjust the template and add a day of the week where you are able to work

You will have set up a non-biweekly work schedule

Important: You will need to manually create a New Work templete line for each day

When these are created we can click save and afterwards Click flow → save template changes

  • Assigning the work schedule

Regardless of you have a Bi-weekly or Non Bi-weekly work schdule, the work schedule must be assigned to a resource in MyStore, and the Owner-field must be set to the store owner/franchisee. As shown in this video.

Once this step is complete, simply click on Save & Close.

  • Working Bi-weekly

When we work First make sure Bi-weekly there will be two areas of meeting type availabilities
When we click new Work Template Line
We will be met by the same prompt but with an even or odd week dropdown

This determines if were the new line should be added

Once the template have been created and filled in as wished
click save, followed by Flow → Save Template Changesis set to Yes

When creating a New Work templete line, make sure you choose the correct value for Odd/Even.
