The Scheduling section consists of 4 entities, that all revolves around the bookings in MyStore.

The entities are;

  • Work Orders: Theseare like tasks that needs to be schedulized. These can either be;

    • A meeting (b2c customer meeting);

    • or a working task (installation of worktop at customer)

  • Schedule Board: An easy overview of all calendar bookings across one or more stores within the same franchisee

  • Bookings: Instead of using the Schedule Board you can also use the ‘Bookings’ view instead. This will list all upcoming and completed booking for the user

  • One-click creation: This is formerly known as ‘Staff booking’, and is an easy and quick way to create a booking (this creates both a contact, project and books a meeting)
