  1. Go to http://password.kvik.com

  2. Type in your Kvik mail.

  5. Choose an option from the left panel to authenticate.

  6. Type in a new password according to our password requirements.

Warning

If the password does not go through please read and act on the error message before contacting IT.

Note

The new passwords will have to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum length of 8 characters14 characters - (longer is better)

  • Password cannot contain parts of username, full name or full company name

  • Must meet complexity requirements which are:

Password must Passwords should contain three of the following four categories:

  1. Uppercase characters (ABC...),

  2. Lowercase characters (abc...),

  3. Digits (0-9),

  4. Non-alphanumeric characters (!@# etc.)

Password has to be changed at least every 90 days

  • 10 last passwords cannot be reused

  • A password needs to be at least 24 hours old before it can be changed
