Create a step-by-step guide:

  1. Go to http://password.kvik.com

  2. Type in your Kvik mail.

  3. Click “Forgot my password“.

  4. Follow the steps(Small and capital letters matter!!!)

  5. Choose an option from the left panel to authenticate.

  6. Type in a new password according to our password requirements.

If the password does not go through please read and act on the error message before contacting IT.

The new passwords will have to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum length of 14 characters - (longer is better)

  • Password cannot contain parts of username, full name or company name

  • Must meet complexity requirements which are:

Passwords should contain the following:

  1. Uppercase characters (ABC...),

  2. Lowercase characters (abc...),

  3. Digits (0-9),

  4. Non-alphanumeric characters (!@# etc.)

  • 10 last passwords cannot be reused

  • A password needs to be at least 24 hours old before it can be changed
